    Default My Absolutley Final Plan

    Here It Is:
    Breakfast - Cereal and Juice
    School - a Cereal Bar and Bottle of Water
    Home - Like Water and Sumtin Small Ill Find To Snack On ;]
    Dinner - W/e Me DAD Makes, Its Always Healthy With All Kinds of Energy Things Like Carbohydrates, Proteins Etc
    After - SUm Fruits
    Before Sleep - Cup Of Water
    I Calculated I Lose 2K Cals a Day Without Doing Much Really (Correct Me If Im Way Wrong Pls)
    And Also 100 Cals Off On Ma Ministepper
    Im Hoping To Lose 1 Pound+ a Week ;]

    Looks like you're not eating much in your diet.
    Lunch could be a salad sandwich?
    Exercising would be a good idea too.

    Dont overdo your diet or exercising, keep it safe.

    I'm getting pretty dam sick of telling you...


    You will NOT lose any weight with your diets.

    Why ? - There not nutritionally blalanced, you seem to think 1000kcals a day will make you lose weight fast. You may do at first, but i doubt you'd keep to it as from what i've read and what you've PM'ed me your body WILL crave fatty foods a short while after. Want me to give you a simple/Easy DP?
    Here you go...

    Breakfast - Bowl Of Cereal 150 mls skimmed/Semi skimmed milk + a glass of pure orange juice OR Two sluces of WW bread with half a tin of tinned tomatoes on top AND a glass of OJ.

    Mid morning snack - Fruit and water...

    Lunch - Jacket potatoe with salad and maybe a low fat filling (LF cottage cheese, salsa or ketchup?) and either yogurt/fruit afterwards and maybe milk/Orange juice for a drink. OR A Health sandwich consisting of maybe two slices of WW bread, Low fat spread and a lean filling (Ham/Chicken/turkey) (Avoid cheese/bacon/sausage etc.) add maybe salad to your sandwich and have yogurt/piece of fruit and maybe somthing like a cereal bar (Alpen light = 70 cals!)
    After school snack - Fruit/Yogurt/Cereal bar

    Tea - Basically what you want, just don't eat junk(Once a week is fine, as long as your having lower calorie choices.) (See Fast food websites for more info). For dessert, maybe have some ww ice cream/desserts or fruit/yogurt/cereal bar.

    Supper - Toast (Low fat butter), yogurt, cereal bar + fruit.

    Foods that should be avoided..
    Mayo
    Cheese
    Fried foods
    milkshakes
    full calorie fizzy pop


    Foods that are healthy -
    Muller light yogurts
    OJ
    Milk
    Pasta
    Potatoes (Baked + boiled)
    Salad
    Salsa

    In this plan you'll be at around 2000kcal a day AND if you work hard you'll lose around 2lb a week, the HEALTHY way to lose weight.

    Also follow illusions advice on excercising too much, as she does know her fair bit

    i doubt you would stick to that, the same thing day after day will get incredibly boring and the food will taste sick. Vary what you have so pick several things for breakfast lunch dinner etc. and mix it up. Your goin to extremes a bit dont you think? if you dont collapse youll lose weight then put it all back on when you eat normally so just eat 100-500 cals less than what you need to maintain your weight and youll lose the weight steadily but it will most likely stay off, but dont forget to up what ever exercise your doin atm because that will make you lose weight a hell of alot faster.

    I'm desprate to know why you create a thread based upon this like every week, yet you still don't follow any advice people seem to give you.

    On each thread you have created, I have told you repeatedly - YOU WILL NOT LOSE WEIGHT IF YOU EAT THE EXACT SAME THINGS DAY IN DAY OUT. You are ultimately losing the required variety of miners and vitamins which your body needs.

    Fair enough, that all sounds healthy now, but you'll be starving - no doubt about it. There is no point eating really small, unfufilling proportions of food, and drinking water will simply make you more healthy.

    You should stick the drinking water, but eat meals that are both healthy and filling at the same time. You could eat a fruit salad or just a general salad or something. If you honestly eat that every day of the week, you'll be doing nothing to yourself - but in fact most likely making your condition worse.

    just eat what u want and play sports it aint hard u can eat anything w/out worrying about putting weight on

    i think he want's to be spoon fed everything, anyway i agree with greco, no choclate bars + exercise = lose weight

    i still think its rediculous.
    if i ate that little at school i wouldnt be able to concentrate.

    im sorry i know nothing about you, but the way you are going on you must be some huge beast who is going to die from the strain you put on yourself from heavy weight.

    its pathetic.
    may i ask your weight and height at present>? or anyone else who knows?
