After - SUm Fruits
Before Sleep - Cup Of Water
I Calculated I Lose 2K Cals a Day Without Doing Much Really (Correct Me If Im Way Wrong Pls)
And Also 100 Cals Off On Ma Ministepper
Im Hoping To Lose 1 Pound+ a Week ;]
