    Default Running Shoes

    I don't know whether to put this here, or in fashion.. But anyway. Which running shoes do you all prefer to wear? I swear by Nike Shox. A little bit more expensive than the other brands, but they last for a long, long time.

    I'm currently using the Shox Cog:

    But in blue.

    I prefer flat soled shoes when running, as i did use shox once or twice, but i feel it makes u bounce, not run. I currently used the Puma Budokas as seen below;

    Very light weight, and with only one lace, it saves worrying about stopping to tie your laces, abit pricey at £70, but its worth the money.

    You're not suppose to wear those kind of shoes when you run, anyway. Unless you like tripping and being in risk of hurting your ankles.

    Nice. I prefered using Asics when I took part in races. Cheaper than Nike, but it helped getting the job done.
