- the throne is going at around 29.0 - 29.5 at the moment, so i think it could do with being decreased in the guide by 0.5.

- Petal Patch.

3.8 - [ seen 3 times ]

- seeing as summers over the petal has dropped, but this doesn't stop people wanting them because they still look good even now in winter, so i see them gonig at around 3.6 so i little bit higher.

- Sand patch.

2.5 - [ seen 3 times ]

- a bit strange to see this was released in winter but it wasn't out for long so they are quite difficult to come across, i can see these rising up to 3.0 quickly.

- Speaker corner.

0.65 - [ seen 1 time ]
0.6 - [ seen 3 times ]
0.5 - [ seen 4 times ]

- the speaker corner is going at around 0.6 at the moment so not much change.

- Green bird bath

8.5 - [ seen 3 times ]

- i've seen the green bird bath going at around 8.5 so i think the price guide for this rare should be raised a little bit.

- Red pillow

- as i said before in my old reports, the red pillow is very popular and if one is seen going at 1.0 then its already gone. I think maybe it needs to go up a bit because people are starting to sell them just over 1.0.

- Alien Artifact

1.0 - [ seen 4 times ]

- from the last few weeks the alien artifact has dropped in price, but they are still selling at just over 1.0. this rare is still very popular and just about every room i go in has one.

- Bronze nelly

8.0 - [ seen 1 time ]
7.8 - [ seen 2 times ]
7.5 - [ seen 2 times ]

- i personally think the silver nelly is more popular but over the last few days it has shown that the bronze nelly sells for a bit more, which i didn't think would happen but i guess it'll go up and down.

- Silver Nelly

- the silver nelly has become a great rare to collect and it goes with almost whatever room you have so this is a good rare to get, if you can find one for sale.

- Lapland greetings

- well its that time of year so the lapland greetings are becoming more popular. So if you find one it will be a great rare to have at the right price which i think is just over 3.0 because thats what they are selling for.
