Hey,

After a bit of thought I decided to re-open my design company Nitrox-Designs.

I am in need of website and graphic designers and coders. The website isn't open yet, but I have a layout that I have made myself and coded so at the moment there is no work. Pay will be decided on how much the website is the client is buying, but it would be roughly 80% of money to the designer/coder and 20% towards to company.
