    See on the left side near the top it shows a flashing console, click that and it pops up, but not only that but when you click the X button it closes.

    HOW DO I DO THIS!?

    Its awseome.

    I beleive there called divs, ill edit later with a tut or a code for you.
    "I thought a large amount of money would be a great birthday present." i thought.

    By the time i i got close to a reasonable amount of money of the mall security yanked me out of the central fountain.

    That's Flash, you could achieve a similar and more efficient effect using just JavaScript and HTML. Loads of these scripts have been posted, I suggest you just search around for "draggable div".
