On the xmas Habbo [RU] Page the first deal it shows is for fire lamps, but after that goes away it goes onto tinsel and repeats it, so the firelamp never comes back.

This is a bit wierd. Those fire lamps being released in V11 and in V12 they have revamped them. When V12 comes they will look like this:
