People in Russia don't learn English in school as they are not part of Europe so it would be near impossible to get someone who speaks fluent English and have all the other required skills

Ants Edit: No, If you look at all the Finnish Jobs for sulake.com they all say "Fluent and Written In English" and there only minor jobs.
Whether as Most hotel managers that are foreign can speak english.

they need english as in helsinki i think it's the most used language at their headquarters, and easiest to communicate in with all staff.

But i doubt it's mandatory for all staff, i think what she means is she isn't GREAT with fluent english.

But as Russia is such a big continent, they have the chance to choose, do they want to learn it, or not.
