Yes, and it changes all the time so there is no real pest control world.

Yeah the 'best' world always changes, cause when lotsa ppl find out it gets crowded with lower levels..
A lot of people use 78 though for advertising worlds, for example 90+. So thats one way of finding a good world, sometimes anyway.

78 is always good, it always a has a decent amount of people that win around half the games and yes, it is only members.
