Well i used to play runescape and someone changed my password about 4 months ago i never botherd recovering the password till now. I done what it said blahblah but i didnt set any recovery questions so yeah.. i typed in the old password and i explained i used to be a member back in june and it said it didnt have enough things or something so i continued and it gave me a tracker i wrote it down entered it and it said something like ok see how it is getting on or something and it beens 5 days and no email reply? help lmao i hope you follow this!

First off, Jagex dont send emails. Use the tracker number on the track a recovery request from the navigation on the main menu, it will tell you the status of your request.
With it being 4 months, the hacker has probably changed recoverys by now, so there will be answers you don't know.

I assumed it was blatantly obvious he meant message centre.
