ouch?

Hey guys & gals.


Okay, so when i was at my dayservice today, me and this boy were chasing around, he slammed this door really hard and my foot got caught in it.
Now my big toe, the nail has come up and its trapped on the skin, so its pushing down on the corner, and it looks like its about to come off! Its started bruising and swelling up, and its got blood underneath the nail, hurts like hell!

Im just wondering, should i got to the doctors or not?

like benji said go to the doctors, when i was in like yr 3 or 4 i dropped a pavement slab on my foot. my nail came off etc.

my mum said wait and see what happens over night, only thing thats happened is that its swelled up further.

the blood underneath normally pressures up so they get a hot pointy thing (can't remember the name sorry for the description) that goes through your nail letting the blood well. spurt out

then basicly your nail will come off over a few weeks. one day it'll be there next it won't

but Yes. go to the doctor r

go to a doctor and see wot he thinks he may give you some plainkillers, and say it will get better on its own, or if you dont want to go toa doctor go to a FEET doctor as they no more about feet then doctors and he will put it right for you.

I dont think it will get better on its own because the nails literley on the outside and it looks like its about to just.. drop off.

But then again, maybe it will be put back into the place and itll be okay? Lol, i dont know, ill find out.

You may of killed the nail bed. It happend to me when I was playing rugby. My mum got a foot docter to come in every week to sort it out, she had to remove the nail and it was very painful. It came back a few months later but she said sometimes it wont come back... ANYWAY good luck
