Teleporter in Door?

I always wanted to know how to do the glitch or whatever you would like to call it, what happens is the teleporter is actually in the door. If you search "I_Am_Pretty?" and go to her Goth Room you can see it there. I dont know how to do it, can anyone tell me how?

You used to be able to do it in V6, before a lot of the updates. Using scripting tools (mainly WPE Pro) you could move things into doorways and walls!
