- the throne is going at around 28.0 at the moment, which seems to be about average.


- Sand patch

- Seeing as it was released once again it has now decreased in value, they are on the guide at 1.0 but i see them selling mostly around 1.3 - 1.5. still a bit strange to see this pop up in winter but hey, its habbo :rolleyes:

- Violet Parasol

1.0 - [ seen 1 time ]
0.9 - [ seen 3 times ]
0.8 - [ seen 4 times ]

i'd say the Violet Parasol is rising in value, back to the same price as the rest of the parasols, but the violet parasol is a bit out of season now, so they may all drop down in popularity soon.

- Green bird bath

8.0 - [ seen 3 times ]

- i've seen the green bird bath going at above 8.0, i even saw one sell for 9.0 so i think the price guide for this rare should be raised a little bit as i said before.

- Lapland greetings

- well its that time of year so the lapland greetings are becoming more popular. So if you find one it will be a great rare to have at the right price which i think is around 2.5 because thats what they are selling for, they have dropped a bit from last week but hey.

- Red pillow

1.3 - [ seen 3 times ]
1.25 - [ seen 3 time ]
1.0 - [ seen 6 times ]

- as i said before in my old reports, the red pillow is very popular and if one is seen going at 1.0 then its already gone. I think maybe it needs to go up a bit because people are starting to sell them just over 1.0 and succeeding with selling them.

- The white pillow is a nice pillow to go with the christmas theme so i think these could go up to atleast 1.2 soon.

- Petal Patch

- seeing as summers over the petal has dropped, but this doesn't stop people wanting them because they still look good even now in winter, so i see them going at around 3.5 now but i can imagine them dropping soon enough.

- Bronze nelly

- both nellys are rare to find now because there are quite a few people collcting these and so the people who want them at giving a bit more to get them so i see these rising in value more and more everyday.

- Silver Nelly

- as i said before above, the silver nelly is rare to find but it suits the christmas theme so people are asking more and more for them.

- Greek Pillar

- The greek pillars are selling at around 1.1 - 1.2 right now, you just don't see people selling them at 1.0 anymore.

- Terrocotta Pillar

- The Tweeocotta Pillars are going at maybe a bit more then the greek pillar right now and i see this going at 1.2.

- Green Dragon

- I'm suprised to see the green dragon selling at such a high price, i personally don't like them but as you can see a lot of other people do. I'd say these are selling at 1.5-1.6 at the moment.

- I've seen No one sell The black dragon at the habbox guide value, well i don't see many people selling these at all, over the last week i've seen only 2 being sold, it seems the black dragon is a rare item of furni to come across in the hotel. It is a great dragon to have due to it goes well with things such as mafias and gothic clubs etc.

- Alien Artifact

1.0 - [ seen 5 times ]

- The alien artifact used to be quite exspensive and used to sell at around 1.5 - 2.0 but over the last month they have decreased in value, now they are selling at just over 1.0. this rare is still very popular and just about every room i go in has one as i said before.


I've decided ill be doing these reports weekly now, i think its really impossible to watch trade rooms for the entire day and do daily reports so instead i collect them till the end of the week and do a bigger report of items.
