Where do i make Law Runes?

Can someone please tell me where i go to craft law runes.

you craft them on entrana. You get there by talking to the monk in port sarim, and having no weapons or armour with you

I recommend Law Running, there's a certain world, 64 or something and it everyone there makes law runes in exchange for pure essence. That way you don't make any profit from the law runes but you get your runecrafting up.

That is world 66, you can also access the altar via the abyss.
