    Professional Jingles are made using software.
    If you can't afford this software, you can make your own using Sound Recorder.
    (Click Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >> Entertainment >> Sound Recorder)
    Make sure you don't have headphones plugged in. Then, play the music and at the correct times, talk over it.
    If you are using proper programs such as, Sony AcidPro or Adobe Audition, these are great ways to make jingles professionally. Anymore questions? Post here or send me a PM!
