I Bought mine a while back for 1.8mil (Was about 2months ago) And they were going for as low as 1.6mil then, I have Quit RS For a bit though so iam guessing they would have gone down.

I've seen people buying/selling 1.8-1.9 last few days so you shouldn't have trouble..try getting into world 2 or looking on forums.
