Use the best chaos spell you can for the best exp. If you got money to waste, do cammy teles from 45 onwards. Maybe even fally teles from 37.

Best mage exp, is alching and it your chaos can be anywhere from 100k to 150k.

another thing to do is to maybe find someone to make the for you, im not sure how many ppl will be up for that considering that the altar is in the wilderness
