1. What are quick and easy ways to get Chaos/Death/Water Runes?
Don't say Rune Craft please.. 1 Rc baby

2. How do u make Tele Tabs and where?

Buy them, Buy them, Buy them
Or kill monsters that drop them.

2. How do u make Tele Tabs and where?

Player owned houses, in the study room. Read the lectern. You can make them at other peoples houses. You need the teleport runes and soft clay.

Studies can be made at lvl 40 construction for 50k.
However you can use someone elses if you don't have high enough levels.
Lecturns:
Oak - 40
Demon - 47
Eale - 47
Teak Demon - 57
Teak Eagle - 57
Mahogany Demon - 67
Mahogany Eagle - 67

Demon an eagle come with differnt teletabs for telporting ad enchanting jewlery.
All demon tabs:
Create spell tablets: Enchant Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby, Diamond, Dragonstone, and Onyx; Varrock teleport; Bones to bananas, and Bones to peaches.

All Eagle tabs:
Create spell tablets: Enchant Sapphire; Varrock, Falador, Lumbridge, Camelot, Ardougne, Watchtower, and House teleports.
