    Anybody play an instrument? I got grade 9 piano not so long ago, and grade 6 flute and grade 5 violin and grade 5 cornet

    I hear you guys play a lot of guitar and drums etc. Never tried!

    when did grade 9 music exams come about.
    the royal board of music exams only go from grade 1-8 regardless of instrument.
    after that you go on to a diploma .... ? ? ? which is not called grade 9 :S

    Grade 0 drums (never took an exam) although I know all rudiments and how to read music up to about grade 6
