get 40 deffence, then fremminik trials I beleive gives you to 43 deffence or something.
Nature spirit for some more exp and for addy gloves.
Suggested to do that altough, it would be sortof of a smart move..

i have a rune pure they are good.
get 60 att 70 str 45 def get 42 then do dragon slayer
or get 70 att 70 str 45 def
