How do i do this room? ALTERNATIONS / STACKING

Guys i was in a room earlier, and this guy had a cool looking fish tank, the problem? he was offering to tell people, but only if they paid. which i think would be a scam. just wondering if any of you guys would be able to help me understand how to make a room like THIS:





I've edited out some stuff to keep the room private kind off. but i want some help on knowing how to get that fish tank, the fish move around, i can do everything apart from right up the top with the lodge bars

Any assistance would be awesome, and if this is in the wrong spot please just move it for me, as i did look everywhere to see where this could go. thanks in advance, Joshua.

Yeah, i really have no idea either, if you can find out or anybody ask their friends i would be VERY great full, i don't think people know how badly i wan't to make this huge fish tank, I've wanted one for a long time, but never thought it was possible until i saw this one.

Isnt it just normal rollers with a bit of stacking on them? Thats why the lodge is raised :S
