A fly fishing rod and feathers are needed. This can only be done on a fishing spot with a 'Lure' option.

There are two spots. One north east and one south east. They swap between the two locations.
And yes, cook in the longhall as the fire there never dies. If you are banking them then Edgville is your best bet.
