Brilliant Idea For room!

Okay basiclly, It's a big trade room, designed as a supermarket! Except its only got V.I.P and desk/tills. There would be a big room full of teles leading to different rooms, then leading to other peoples trade rooms or storage (only accessable by staff). There would be a website for public and staff. The staff could add and change the quantities on the site of different items. Public could search on a search engine to look for the furni. The staff/Other owners would have online offline switches to say if they are online. Public can bid on the items (Furni/Credits when v12 comes).
Please tell me what you think of my idea
If someone was to make this then it would be very easy to find and get the furni you want!
PS. You can bid for the items, Buy straight away by a set price from owner, Or pay then wait till the owner comes online...

I have seen that room already, don't remember who owned it, but it had 6 booths, all were free to use and stall owner had owner to write things he sells on stickey, so its already done.

No i dont mean the market.
I mean theres a big room. Stalls etc.
