In the elf place somewhere you fix them, and you need 70 defence for it, not sure on the price though :]

how much are they? 900k if your buying it for the first time
where do i fix them?elf lands you must find the 2 elfs from the quest you did to be able to weild crystal items
what defence level does it take to use?70 +50 agility
