Need a good coded layout

I need a good layout made and coded or maybe just coded. I was wondering how much you would want paid and examples would be nice.
I can probably pay in paypal but if you want habbo i can pay you in bulk normals ;s I haven't played habbo in ages and I doubt anyone here wants paid in habbo just in case.
