I think the chairs in the bar looks more effective... The other one is just two chairs sitting on a bar

If you rotate the chairs in the bar, it would look like you have a lip, kind of like a grind bar, if that makes sense.

no, he means if you turn the chairs round in the second one it will look like there is a lip (the edge of ramp, rail w/e that you grind on)
