I can only really suggest going to see a Doctor or something, who obviously have more medical experience than the users on this Forum :p.

i have the same prob, i go to sleep at like 3 and wake up at 9 :|

could try waking staying up later, then waking up at 6 again to tire you out, then maybe you could get to sleep early the next night and get into a better routine?

tis what i try to do when i gotta work early.

i've had this problem for a good few weeks and basically the hospital (where i'm based) claims it's my anorexic thoughts, but even when i'm not thinking about food and trying to get to sleep, i still struggle. My doctor basically said to try to relax myself or it may be the way you sleep (position wise).

Do you sleep on your belly btw?

um its your bodyclock i guess..

try and not look at bright things when you wake up, usually helps me to get back to sleep. if i put on a light or something i can't get back to sleep for a while cos my eyes have seen bright things. yeah.
