Holoboy/Hologirl/
Actual Habbox price: 1.7 each
Value: 2.0
Seen: 3 times
Analysis: Both holoboy and hologirl go hand in hand so i put them together. Both of them are one of those steady rares. If the price drops it usually climbs up pretty fast. And thats the case now. If people sell this for 2.0, people are more than willing to pay for it. Seen it 3 times. (once with me)

Speaker
Actual Habbox price: 0.6
Value: 0.5
Seen: Numerous times-cant remember a number
Analysis: People love to buy below the actual price and this is one of those rares. Rarely do you see this going for 0.6. Occasionally you might get a person giving a dicemaster and sometimes they add in a 3 credit norm.

Cola Machine
Actual Habbox price: 1.0
Value: 1.0
Seen: 4 times
Analysis: This I project will soon turn into like an HC sofa price which will always remain stable at 1.0. Habbox has tried 0.9 and 1.1 or even 1.2 for cola machine but people still buy for only 1.0. One of those rares which is an all year use so a good rare to have and even to sell.

Study
Actualy Habbox price: 0.7
Value: 1.0-0.9
Seen: 2 times
Analysis: This rare is slowly rising up and usually sells around 1.0. People aren't willing to sell the study for 0.7 and there are a lot of buyers. So if you can get your hands on this one for 0.7 try to get it. It will be on the rise soon enough.

Throne
Actual Habbox price: 29
Value: 29.5
Seen: 3 times
Analysis: Here is where a love-hate relationship comes up between habbos and the habbox price. Habbos are always trying to sell the throne 0.5 or 1.0 higher than the habbox value and the buyers of thrones are always trying to buy it 0.5 or 1.0 less than its value. This is probably one of the most unstable rares and will remain unstable for a long time.

Snow Patch
Actual habbox price: 1.4
Value: Will reserve my judgement
Analysis: Here is the honest fact about values for rares while they are in the catalogue. There will never be a set value for them. When a rare prolongs in a catalogue for over 2 days, the supply becomes to high and the demand becomes low. This causes prices to drop. This is why you will always see prices for any rare very high when released and low after a couple of days. For more stable prices, I try to suggest to everyone to have patience till the rare comes out of the catalogue to buy. This is when you could get the best deals. But thats just my opinion, some have theirs.
