The avatar size for all Habbox Members except VIPs has been changed from 75x75 to 60 (width) x 100 (height). This so that a picture of your habbo can be used. Everybody who has an avatar that is 75x75 doesn't have to change it now, but will only be able to upload a new one that is 60x100. The avatar file says stays at 30000 bytes.
The avatar size for VIPs stays at 150x150 and 60000 bytes.
