- 2.0 CS - Seen 3 times - Well people would rather just give 2.0 instead of scrounging for the norms also they look cool in casino's

- 1.0 CS - Seen 6 times - Most people offer an hc for one most likely because its winter and what are you going to do with sand in the winter

- 80 RD - seen too many to count times - Its been like this for months HCs have always been everyones Favorite furni im suprised it stayed at 70 so long

- 1.3 CS - Seen 3 times - not sure but people value at more then 1hc

- 1.0 CS - Seen 10 times - Not liked at all people trying to sell for 1.4 and always get turned down and end up giving like .4 profit each time but ending up with an HC

- 4.0 CS - Seen 4 times - Like Predicted by the rare values staff that when the other patches came out the Petal would rise they where right people want to stock up now to sell for a profit when they go back up

It does make sense that the Hc sofa is rising in value. But think about it. It the hc vaaue changes. everything else has to be changed.
