I finished the quest yesterday.

What equip/items do I need to take? (I'm level 86)

rune armour, whip or another weapon and guthans or food, if ur using food bring some noted and money and sell to the shop upstairs when you run out [thats if you plan to stay awhile ]

You need guthans?

No but its easier to guthans there. If you're doing a slayer assign bring along a cannon and 1.5k-2k balls and you can do the assign in about 15 mins
