Whats the difference between a
VB Leased License AND
VB Owned License

Apart from the fact ones cheaper?

Also is there a tutorial on creating VB skins?

Leased is when you own it for like a year or something, owned is when you own the license for ever [I think that's right, not entirely sure and haven't ever done much with forums]
