If he truly became a Buddha then no, he's reached enlightenment and won't need to reincarnate.

Buddhist = someone who follows the teachings of the Gotama.
Buddha = someone who has reached enlightenment. There are many of these, but when people say "The Buddha", they mean Gotama/Siddartha

o.0 Not quite as i understand it, Siddhartha Gautama's teachings were only followed becuse he was known as the awakened one, hence refered to as "the budda". Those who acheave engligenment obtain the title or Bodhi not budda ? o.0
