It's in Faron Woods near where the Forest Temple is I believe. Midna should warp you there.

Yeah, stand by the edge of the bridge and I think Midna will start laughing. Hit the ^ button and she should give you the choice to warp somewhere. Warp to Faron Woods and the bridge is directly behind you. You can't miss it.
