    Hmmm, personally I dislike this it's not too bad but its nothing special and in my opinion is 'too white'.

    Its not great tbh. I dislike habbo layouts in general they mostly look like they are made with MS Paint and are just bits and bobs from the official site alongside random screenshots that have been cropped and bordered.

    No it cannot. Not all layouts use 'Ms Paint' and alot of web developers prefer not to use images that are not there own due to copyright etc and tend to make most of them. I never use images that i myself have not made unless im making it for a specific site and they asked me to include them.
