Photoshop layout help - pay!

Well, i want to learn how to make layouts in photshop, i have the program but i dont quite get it, i can pay 1-5 hcs and norms depending on how much help you offer, post or pm me details on how we can talk to sort of teach me how to use photoshop.

Im not sure what hcs are, I can only assume they are to do with habbo but what I will say is by a book instead or use online tutorials its very hard to teach someone over the internet without seeing what they are doing.

Yes but its indirect, if im teaching someone some say flash i would do it and they would repeat it but its hard to explain stuff without chatting directly.

One, im wanting to learn gradient and photoshop stuff, not MS paint.
