All that time downloading it on my new computer, I go to install it and get a error.
I'm re-installing it now, while I sleep, how do I fix the error if I get it again?

Try repairing it by using the repair option in the uninstaller and restarting the computer

I know your trying to help, but, Its not on start menu, not in C drive, so how can I unistall, it only has the installer file.

Install to your desktop. Run the installer?

Try clicking properties > compatibility tab > Run in windows 2000 > then ok, some other people have been having simular problems and thats how they fixed it.
