No offence SirAlf but Player Support are only required to answer e-mails during office hours, 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, what they choose to do in their spare time is completely up to them.. Even if they DO choose to reply to e-mails which is very rare. You can't possibly expect them to do their job at 11pm on new years eve when they could be out celebrating with their friends but instead choose to entertain you? Sorry, but they don't have super powers. Just staff powers. lol.

lol, wel the fact of the matter is he was there and end off. But the staff seem to live on Habbo, i start to wounder if hey have any friends.

They have friends And they're not always online lol. And technically they do live on Habbo because it's their occupation... and you need some sort of income to live. But yeah they hardly ever come online after 5:30 or weekends.
