There's also Fusion news but i've heard that's a bit of a bugger to customise.

I've looked through many, and cutenews seems the best, i followed the instructions and when i looked on the page is just said page cannot be displayed?

Build your own, then you can customize it and fix it if it goes wrong, but if you cant and your not bothered about skinnning then FusionNews and said above is good, but for skinning easily i would go for Cutenews...
