ok right i started runescape agen a few days ago as it got haxed and i only just got it back...but it was muted as the n00b hu tok it was swearing etc ....
So i went to ask for my mute to be lifted and i explained how someone else hacked it and goit it ban...THEN IT LOCKED MY ACCOUNT.....thats not that bad il get it back...so i went to prove im the true owner answered every question in the recover answers BUT it wont gimmew ti back!!! 3 TIMES IVE TRIED TO GET IT BACK and still i cant so until i get it back I HAVE QUIT RUNESCAPE
i hate the fact u cant get into direct touch with jagex -.- or if you can please tel me how

Jagex , are quite Lazy so yea..
I wouldnt have complained for Mute to be lifted simply swap the stuff to another account.vB Addict
