    too much outer-glow imo.

    and decide on a colourscheme/set before making your layout, as it looks as you're trapped between 2 minds of colours.

    there is some purpley/blue in there.

    another thing to remember is, don't rush your layouts - make sure everything is perfectly aligned to give you that extra "umph".
