My fourth rare values report. hope it looks accurate

Red = Below the habbox value
Blue = At the habbox value
Green = Above the habbox value

Screens [all]

[0.8hc - 1 time]

These do not seem to be liked by many people and is evident in the
amount of times I saw it traded. As a result, people will be offering lower
than the habbox price and people will be selling below the habbox price. If
the person needs the screens you will find the odd person buying for 1 hc.

Majestic Chair
[3hc - 4 times]
[2.8hc - 1 time]

This is still a popular rare but it is becoming less popular. They look good in
casinos but there are too many at the moment and people are trying to
sell but can't. I will not predict a fall because it is still a good peice of furni
for all rooms.

Snow Patch
[1hc {imps} - 1 time]
[1.25hc - 4 times]
[1.5hc - 2 times]

The snow patch became very unpopular but people are beginning to like
them now. I sold linking imps for 1 Snow patcha and sold it for 1.25hc. [I
made a profit lol]. I would predict that this will stay the same but will
gradually rise.

Petal Patch

My view: The petal patch is a common trading peice in the hotel and
people are tryig to sell at 4hcs. These are unsuccessful and so people
offer 3.5 or buy in bulk, say 4 for 14hcs + mocha. This value, i think
should stay the same but in the future will rise to 4hcs or even 4.5 - 5hc.
