When I was younger I had braces, and had to have four teeth out, its really nothing to worry about, they don't do it all at once, they will probally do two at a time, then make you come back another date to do another two, etc. They num it, the only bad thing about it is, you dribble, can't drink propally, or eat propally untill the numbness has worn off. Yeah you might get a toothache after for a while, but painkillers will sort it.

You really have nothing to worry about. Its over within seconds =]

all i know is that four teeth were in the way and had to come out for me to get the brace.

Brace has been off for over 2 years now, and my teeth are fine now =]

I had a tooth directly behind another, and lots of others were crooked. I had 4 teeth out and braces for 2 years, and I hated them but they were worth it, I wouldn't be happy with them being like they were.

I remember after I had my teeth out I tried eating just a bowl of baked beans because I thought they'd be easy, I kept missing my mouth because I couldn't feel where it was ^_^

I had teeth growing, and where my baby teeth hadn't fallen out yet, the tooth was growing above it, but coming out, if you know what I mean, so they took the four teeth out.

The worst bit is the injection (only because I hate em)
Ohh and trying to eat after is just funny, even drinking, you drink, but it comes out one side of your mouth ;]
