Invision CSS Problem!

Hiya

I am having few problem with my board for habbonewsie.net! When i try to edit the css the same mistake alway appear to be their :

Is what the mistake happening! and the only i can go to my css code is by those 2 option below those warning!

CSS in database last updated: Apr 3 2005, 04:47 PM CSS in database, # characters: 6665
CSS in CACHE last updated: Jun 25 2003, 05:27 PM CSS in CACHE, # characters: 6545

Then one other mistake is when i edit it, it when to a default page that its not suppose to happening. And to see the default thing image i could say :: The skin look like this http://www.habbonewsie.net/invisionforum/ this was our forum for few day but unfortunotly its appear that when we upload it the skin really bad ! could any one tell me why , how to fix this proble, or if u cant tell me where could i fix this problem!

I'm guessing since it has the error on a .php file it's eomthing to do with MySQL but that's just a guess.

Its chmoding, ite becuse the file arnt writeable. MAke sure the permittions are 777 on both the folders and the files. Then it shoul work.

Another method would be to use safe mode skins, then it wont need the files and work starte of the database, athogh thats not as good for mods.
