Best drop was by some guy whe was trying to pk near dragon in level 12 wildy. He attacked me and I super potted with prayer and got full rune and d med helm.
D Helm was 2.3 mil at the time, full rune (minus large) was 160k
soo all together bout 2.5m, however this was when blue p hats were going from 17-21m so it was quite a bit.
Although from a npc my best drop was a rune large helm from a greater demon,
