I really need a php coder who can do the following...

Bands to register
Venue Owners to register
Band Managers to register
Admin panel where admin can approve them registering

Bands create a profile page about themselves
Managers, Venues, Bands and Admins all able to contact each other, in a chat/mail type of way in the panel
Bands to add a link to a song, which will be played through a player on my site
Bands to add a link to a image/ logo which will appear on their profile
Bands add gigs to their profile (Must be admin approved first)

I also need a few pages with added php, a contact form, a list of the bands page, a list of the gigs page
