First Miscellaneous Report

This is my first report in the Miscellaneous section (Second report in total), the values I give are the ones I have seen through out the hotel some of which are ones i my self have traded at.

Blue - Below Habbox Value
Black - Equal to Habbox Value
Green - Above Habbox Value

Pods


5Hc - 2Times
6Hc - Once
6.5Hc - Once


6Hc - 3Times
6.5Hc - Once

I like these pods, and at one time so did everyone else. I predict that they will fall to around 4Hc but make a come back later on in the year.

Posters


0.5Hc - 3Times
Oh dear, not much respect for the father of habbo anymore. I believe that it will drop to 0.5Hc, but like the pods make a come back towards the end of the year as they fit nicely into christmas rooms.


0.5Hc - 2Times
0.6Hc - Once

I believe this poster will keep its 0.5Hc value for a while. Not sure if this one will rise, does'nt really fit into alot of rooms. Maybe if you have some Dj decks and make a club these would go well in there, but I cant see it rising.

Lamps


0.35Hc - 4Times
0.5Hc - Once

These football lamps were extremly popular during the world cup.
For now I believe they will keep the 0.35Hc value, but if a big football tornument comes along stack up on these if you want to make a profit.


0.35Hc - 5Times

Well, Chinese furni was very popular to start off with. I think it shall keep the 0.35Hc value. If I was asked when I believed the Chinese furni would rise, I would say with the release of the new V12 Chinese furni. So it could be at anytime.

Once again it's my favourite miscellaneous rares, the Dark Blue and Gold Pods! As I said earlier I think they will drop to about 4Hc and make a come back later on in the year. So if I was you, and I my self will be doing this. Is to stock up on these pods! I'm certain they will rise in value towards the end of the year.



These "road" type furni are in high demand at the moment. People wanting to buy cheaply, but nobody selling cheaply. If you have them.. Hold onto them I can see them rising to 1Hc each around Autum/Fall.
