First Seasonal Report

Well this will make number four. (One report in each section)
These are the values I have seen the furni being traded at and the values I have also traded at.

Blue - Below Habbox Value
Black - Equal Habbox Value
Green - Above Habbox Value

Rollers


0.5Hc - 5Times
0.6Hc - Once



0.5Hc - 3Times
0.6Hc - 2Times


0.5Hc - 5Times

Whenever I see these rollers being sold or bought they seem to go for 0.5Hc all the time. I predict the Gold & Pink rollers will drop to 0.5Hc, and the Black roller will rise to 0.5Hc

Christmas


21Rd - 16Times
23Rd - 10Times
25Rd - 3Times


18Hc - 3Times
20Hc - Once

The holly garlands always seem to rise when they are removed from the catologue. I can see them moving soaring up in value to around 0.5Hc - 0.6Hc Each, and 1T for 80 (A wall) by Autumn.

The Christmas tree are a very nice adition to any room, I can see them rising a small bit. Like the Holly Garland I can see them rising to about 0.5Hc in Autumn.

Valentines

0.5Hc - 5Times
0.6Hc - Once

I can see these sofas rising a small bit very soon as valentines day is right around the corner and most people will be trying to make love rooms so these will be in high demand, But once they come out int the catalogue they will decrease in value.

Also like the love sofa I can see these rising a small bit due to the fact people will be making love rooms, but once again fall after valentines day.


17Rd - Once
20Rd - 4Times

Same as the other Valentines furni really, will enjoy a short rise in it's value then drop back down after Valentines.

Bisto Recommends

If you are trying to make a quick profit I would suggest buying Valentines furni and selling it just before Valentines comes.



If you do not mind waiting a while to make quite a nice profit I would suggest buying Holly Garland walls or large amounts of them, and sell them in Autuumn when they have reached their highest value.
