2 new forums have been added and they are:

1. Report Serious Abuse / Rule Breaking
This forum can be used to report any abuse via PM or constantly on the forum publically. You can also use this forum to report any users that have unacceptable/inappropriate signatures / avatars or profiles.
You will notice that you can only see your own threads and no-one else's, this is for privacy reasons and so that others don't know you are reporting them.

2. Programming
We have added this forum as a sub forum in the Technology Discussion forum for now. If its popular, we can make it a parent forum instead.
