Gaming Clan Template

I need a gaming clan template. Most likely based around counter strike source. I have checked www.clantemplates.com and have a template from there. However I am not a happy with the way this template is free for all and is used by many clans. Therefore I was wondering how much you would charge for a new clan template? Have you any examples of templates?
