Summer/Spring Rares Value Report

Second rare values report in the normal rares section, the following values are the prices I have seen them being traded at.

Blue = Below Habbox Value
Black = Same as Habbox Value
Green = Above HAbbox Value

Summer/Spring Rares


4Hc - 10Times
3.7Hc - 3Times

Profit profit profit! Buy some petals now and that is what your going to get!
Still valued at 3.5Hcs so it shouldn't be to hard to find some for that price. I think we will be seeing the petal patch rise to 4Hcs very soon.


4Hc - 2Times
3.5Hc - 3Times

The three piece parasol set, very popular in summer rooms. I think it will keep it's 3.5Hc value for now, but not for long! I believe it will reach 5Hc in the peak of summer.


4Hc - 3Times
4.25Hc - 6Times
4.5Hc - Once

The orange parasol used to be a super rare untill it was released in the catologue a while back. They have remained popular though, I can see this rising to a maximum of 6Hc in the peak of summer.


7HC - Once
7.5Hc - 2Times
8Hc - 3Times

Valued at 7.8Hcs the full parasol set is sure to get you some profit if you hold onto it! I estimate the value to rise to about 11Hc - 12Hc in the summer.


2.5Hc - 2Times
3Hc - 4Times

With Aloe veras being hard to come by and spring & summer approaching, I believe that they will reach 5Hc at the peak of summer and drop down to the 3Hc value before Christmas.


2.5Hc - Once
3Hc - 2Times

The Hammocks seem to be on the rise with spring & summer approaching fast people have all ready recognised lots of people will want them to make themed rooms, I can see the price rising to about 4Hc in the peak of summer


Bisto Recommends
Stocking up on any Spring/Summer time furni would be good as you will get a nice bit of profit by summer time. Aloe veras are the main Summer/Spring time rares I would try and get hold of.
